Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina, recently released a video titled “Rehabilitation” to celebrate the return of 3 star football players, Deshaun Watson, Adam Choice, Zac Brooks. Each suffered a major injury in 2014 that took them out of the game and required strenuous physical rehabilitation. Exercise and Sport Science: Isokinetic muscle testing using the Biodex System 4

Students at Coastal Carolina University demonstrate isokinetic muscle testing using the Biodex System 4.  The students are being taught how to use the System 4 to evaluate  basic muscle function concepts in exercise physiology and exercise testing.  The focus of this training session is how to use the System 4 to test quads and hamstrings.  In addition to the classroom setting the device is also used by Coastal Carolina University for the testing and rehabilitation of student athletes.
